James is the founder and chief pilot of JM Drones, bringing over six years of flying experience across a range of professional drone platforms. His experience includes operating drones such as the DJI M3T, DJI M30T, and the Avata 2 FPV, giving him strong capability across both cinematic and operational drone work.

He is also an active member of the Search & Rescue drone community, supporting the use of drone technology in critical situations where aerial visibility can make a real difference.

When he’s not flying, James enjoys spending time at home cooking on his Ninja BBQ smoker, or heading outdoors to explore new places. A keen hiker and solo camper, he regularly travels to remote landscapes to experience the outdoors from both the ground and the air.
